What is Reiki and how does it work?
​Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body’s natural healing process. During a session, energy is channeled through the practitioner to help balance the body, mind, and spirit. Most people experience a deep sense of calm, and some even report emotional or physical release.

What can I expect during a Reiki session?
​You’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table or sit comfortably in a chair. The space is quiet, calm, and supportive. I’ll gently place my hands on or just above specific areas of your body, and you simply relax. I often incorporate crystals, gentle music, and light smudging to enhance the experience and help clear energy. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or emotional release—others simply enjoy the deep rest and stillness.

What do I wear to a Reiki session?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and relaxed! Reiki is done fully clothed, so soft, loose-fitting clothing is ideal. You’ll be lying down or sitting still for most of the session, so think cozy and comfy.

Do I need experience to come to a yoga class? What if I’m not flexible?
You don’t need to be flexible or have any prior experience to join! Yoga is for every body, and my classes are designed to be welcoming, gentle, and adaptable. We focus on mindful movement, breath, and finding what feels good in your own body. Flexibility is definitely not a requirement. It's something that may improve over time, but the real goal is to feel better, not to touch your toes.
