Meet Heidi
Wellness, movement, and staying active have always been important parts of my life. When injuries shifted my path, I found myself drawn to yoga and through yoga, I discovered Reiki. Both practices became essential tools in my healing, helping me recover physically and emotionally, and opening the door to continued growth and self-discovery.

I’m a certified Yoga Teacher (YTT 200), with additional training in prenatal and children’s yoga. I’m also a Reiki Level 2 practitioner, with plans to complete my Reiki Master certification. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or distance) energy healing practice that supports relaxation, stress relief, and the body’s natural ability to heal. It’s subtle yet powerful and I’ve experienced its benefits firsthand.

My yoga offerings are always evolving to reflect the needs and interests of the community, as well as the rhythm of the seasons. Whether it's a gentle class to wind down, a themed series, or something tailored to a specific group, I love the creativity that comes with designing classes that truly support people where they're at. I also offer Yoga to Go—you supply the people and the place, and I’ll bring the yoga.

After many fulfilling years as an elementary school teacher, I have retired and shifted my focus fully to wellness. Teaching has always been a part of who I am, and now I bring that same care and intention into the healing space by creating calm, supportive environments where others can rest, reconnect, and grow.

I’ve created a safe and welcoming space to share Reiki and invite anyone who is curious or seeking support, whether you're feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or simply in need of deep rest.
On the mat or the Reiki table, I’m here to support your well-being. My goal is to share the healing power of yoga and Reiki with others in a way that’s welcoming, accessible, and grounded in real-life experience.
