Service Description
The first week back to school can be A LOT. New routines, busy classrooms, endless to-do lists, and the mental and emotional energy that comes with caring for everyone else. This week, I want to offer teachers a little reminder to pause, breathe, and take care of themselves, too. From September 8–11, teachers can enjoy a Reiki session for just $50! A quiet opportunity to slow down, reset your energy, and simply be. Reiki is a gentle, deeply relaxing practice that can help create a sense of calm and balance, leaving you feeling restored and refreshed. Come as you are. Leave the school day at the door and give yourself permission to rest, reset and recharge. You spend so much of your time supporting others. This time is for you. Limited appointments are available during this special four-day offering.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations: Please contact Heidi at elementsyoga15@gmail.com as soon as you know you are unable to attend. Customers will be contacted via email if classes need to be cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduling: Missed classes will not be carried over to future sessions. No-Shows/Late Arrivals: No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
