Curious about menopause coaching or wondering which service is right for you? This complimentary 15-minute phone or virtual call is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what you're experiencing, your goals, and how I can best support you through yoga, Reiki, menopause coaching, workshops, or group programs. There's no obligation, just a relaxed, supportive conversation to help you take the first step with confidence.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations: Please contact Heidi at elementsyoga15@gmail.com as soon as you know you are unable to attend. Customers will be contacted via email if classes need to be cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduling: Missed classes will not be carried over to future sessions. No-Shows/Late Arrivals: No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
